The 3 Keys to Improving Any Business

Over 3 decades.  Five countries.  700+ businesses built, improved, or turned around.  One framework that guides everything.

I've spent nearly half a century in leadership, management and senior advisory positions, in the military and in many businesses.  Not observing from a distance, but sitting in the room when the hard decisions get made, then making them happen.

I've been an Army officer, a management consultant, a direct-response advertising agency owner, a Director of one of Australia's leading advisory firms, a conference speaker, and a company director and founder of multiple award-winning and industry-leading businesses.  I've been fortunate to work with business owners, executive teams, industry groups, and government agencies across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Malaysia, and Singapore.

Across my consulting career, one pattern kept repeating.   No matter how different the businesses were -- regardless of their different industries, different sizes, different markets, different business models -- the ones that succeeded were strong in three areas. The ones that struggled were always weak in one or more of the same three.

My team and I gave those three areas a name: The 3 Keys -- Lead, Lift, and Leverage.

Improving your leadership and management.  Lifting your revenue through better sales and marketing.  Leveraging your results through improved productivity and efficiency.

They are the framework behind my book, my course, and every engagement I take on today.
